Q: Are the labels applied to the bottles when we receive them?

Yes. We apply the labels by machine to be straight and true. The labels are heat sealed to the bottles and they resist peeling, fading, and cracking.

Q: What kind of water goes into your custom bottles?

Pure spring water from the Appalachian Mountains goes into all of our custom bottles. We out a focus on providing the best water we can for the water we sell.

Q: How is your bottled water treated to ensure safety?

We ensure that our water meets state and federal regulations through continuous testing and evaluation once the water has gone through a multi-barrier of filtration.

Q: What is the shelf life of the bottled water you produce once I have received it?

The FDA does not require an expiration date for bottled water, and it should remain fresh when it is sealed and unopened. However, the FDA does recommend that bottled water be consumed within 2 years of its manufacturing date.

Q: Can you add colors, flavors, or vitamins to the water in my personalized bottles?

We are unable to put any additives into your bottled water. Once the water is purified and placed in your bottles the bottles are sealed and remain unopened until the bottle reaches your lips.

Q: What is the minimum order of personalized bottles of water?

The minimum order size in 10 cases, which gives you 240 bottles of water.

Q: What size of bottles do you have available?

We have 8 oz., 12 oz., 16.9 oz. bottle sizes available.

Q: Are the bottle labels continuous?

No, our labels are designed to specifically leave a very small gap between the label ends. This gap ensures the label is properly heat-fused to the bottle. A continuous label requires the label ends to overlap, increasing the risk of your label peeling because it is not directly heat-fused to the bottle.

Q: What bottle design do you use?

All of our orders come to you in a sleek and modern bottle with no ribbing and a clear cap.

Q: Can I order glass bottles or bottles in different shapes from you?

We carry only our signature sleek and modern plastic bottles.

Q: Can I recycle your bottles?

Yes! Our bottles, including the cap and label, are 100% recyclable and we recommend everyone to recycle the product.

Q: Can I place an order using a credit card for payment?

Credit card orders are welcome. We also accept check and money order. Once your payment clears we will begin production immediately on your Personalized Bottled Water order.

Q: Can I submit a PO for payment?

Yes. We can accept a PO from certain government agencies and accredited schools.

Q: Once I place my order, what is the average production time?

Average production time is 20 days. We work hard t provide your order as fast as possible. We have options to rush ship your order for an extra fee. 

Q: Can you accommodate a rush order?

We will be happy to! Just give us a call and we can discuss details.

Q: Can we re-order after our initial order?

Absolutely! We waive the set-up fee as a bonus when you use the same art on your labels when placing a re-order.

Q: Can we accept shipment of our order at different times?

Yes. Call us for details about receiving your order in separate shipments.

Q: What kind of cap do you use on your bottles?  

We use only clear, recyclable caps to provide the best product. 

Q: Can my logo be printed or etched directly onto the bottle?

No. Your custom design is printed on a label which is then heat-sealed onto each bottle. We offer ultra-clear labels which are completely see-through, and give the appearance of the image being printed directly on the bottle.

Q: What kind of labels do you use?

We use water-resistant plastic labels that come in standard and ultra-clear finishes. The labels are heat-fused onto each bottle so they will look exactly as they arrived to you even when in a cooler.

Q: What size do your labels come in?

We offer both 2” x 8” and 4” x 8” labels.

Q: Will I have the chance to approve my label before it is produced?

Yes – We require it actually! We want your labels to be perfect, so we allow customers to review their labels and make any changes they would like before production begins.

Q: Do you take four-color process orders?

Yes. All of our labels are created with the four-color process. We can match Pantone or PMS colors at no additional charge as well.

Q: What do you charge as a set-up fee? Do you charge for artwork?

There is a $50.00 set-up fee, but there is never a charge for artwork. Whether you have your own art department and want to upload a design or you need us to create a design for you, the price remains the same.

Q: Can I provide my own artwork?

Yes, you may certainly provide your own artwork. Please take note of the required bottling information AND the minor gap between label ends that we include on our templates. Contact us beforehand to receive the proper label template for your preferred bottle size and quantity.

Q: What kind of file format can be used for artwork submissions?

Vector form works best (EPS, Al, PDF), but we can also work with high-resolution documents in JPEG, PSD, or TIFF. Please do not send low-quality scans or pictures taken from a website unless you do not have access to the image otherwise.

Q: Where will my bottled water order be shipped from?

Your order ships directly from our bottling facility in Georgia.

Q: How will my bottled water order be packaged?

Your water will arrive in cases of 24.

Q: Can I drop ship to more than one location?

We can ship your order to as many locations as you would like. Please call us for details and to make your shipping arrangements.

Q: When is payment due?

Payment is due before your order goes into production.

Q: Are your bottles made in the United States?

Yes. Our bottles are proudly made in the U.S.A.
